Tell us what happened

Include the product name, HILLZ HUB version, Windows version and the exact error message. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords, payment card details or sign-in codes.

Finding a purchase

Use the same email address in HILLZ HUB and at checkout. Return to the Hub after payment and choose Check purchase. A completed payment must be verified before a paid download becomes available.

Installing a plugin

HILLZ plugins support Windows 10 and 11 on x64 computers and require a DAW that supports VST3. Close your DAW before installing, then reopen it and rescan VST3 plugins if needed.

Sample packs

Choose an installation folder with enough free space. HILLZ ESSENTIALS VOL. 1 needs approximately 7.9 GB unpacked, plus space for the downloaded archive. Open the installed folder and import the sounds into your music software.

Refund and privacy requests

Email us with your order reference and purchase email for a refund request, or describe the account information you want help with. Avoid sending payment card information.
