Information used by the Hub

The service uses your email address and sign-in session to identify your account, remember eligible free claims and verify purchases. Installation records and preferences are also stored locally on your computer.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts the account and delivery service and its database. Google is involved when you choose Google sign-in and in the delivery infrastructure for product files. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and payment information when purchases are enabled. HILLZ HUB does not ask you to enter card details into the desktop app.

Purchase verification

The server checks whether an order matches your account email and the selected product, and whether it is paid and has not been refunded. The desktop receives ownership results rather than the full payment record.

Support and account requests

Contact hillzrec@gmail.com about access, corrections or deletion of account information. Support correspondence contains the information you choose to send. Retention, the responsible seller's full identity and applicable request procedures must be confirmed for the final policy.
